Made-To-Order Fabrication

All Ashmere products are handcrafted after purchase using raw hardwood materials and finishing supplies sourced specifically for each order. We do not maintain large ready-to-ship inventory.

Production Timeline

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, fabrication requires approximately 2 to 5 weeks before shipment depending on workshop scheduling and material availability.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generated only after completed products have been fully packaged and physically collected by the shipping carrier from our workshop.

Shipping Conditions

• Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information
• Transit times vary depending on destination
• Signature confirmation may be required for select orders
• Natural handmade variations are expected
